WriteEasy – Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all credit purchases made by users on WriteEasy, a product owned and operated by Quokka Labs LLP. By purchasing credits or using WriteEasy, you agree to the following terms.

1. No Refunds

All credit purchases made on WriteEasy are strictly non-refundable. This includes:

  • Any quantity of writing credits purchased
  • Credits bought during promotions or discounts
  • Accidental or duplicate purchases
  • Unused purchased credits

Once a payment is completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Cancellation Within 24 Hours (No Usage)

You may request cancellation of your credit purchase within 24 hours only if no credits have been used.

A cancellation request is valid only if:

  • Purchased credits have not been consumed or redeemed
  • No AI content has been generated using your account during this period

If approved, the purchase will be cancelled, but no payment refund will be issued.

If any usage is detected, the 24-hour cancellation option becomes invalid.

3. After 24 Hours or After Any Usage

No cancellations are allowed after 24 hours from the time of purchase.

No cancellations are allowed if even one credit has been used.

Payment amounts will not be reversed, adjusted, or refunded under any condition.

Your account will retain all remaining unused credits until they expire (if an expiry policy exists) or until used.

4. Credit Validity

Credits remain valid until used.

If WriteEasy introduces an expiry system in the future, details will be communicated clearly and reflected in this policy.

5. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization, please contact:

While refunds cannot be guaranteed, we will assist in investigating the issue based on your payment provider’s guidelines.

6. Platform Misuse or Policy Violations

If your account is suspended or terminated due to misuse, harmful activity, or violation of Terms & Conditions, no refunds or credit adjustments will be provided.
